About my practice

As a play therapist, my focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where children can explore their emotions through play. I work with individuals from the age of 4 and above, including adults, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to understand their unique needs and challenges.

Play is the natural language of children, and it serves as a powerful tool to facilitate communication and foster healing. Through play, children can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop coping skills. My commitment to staying informed about the latest research and methodologies in play therapy helps me continuously refine my approach to best meet the evolving needs of the clients and families I serve. My empathy, creativity, and expertise enable me to empower each child to navigate the complexities of their world and build a foundation for emotional well-being

Don't know where to start?
follow these few simple steps

  Step 1:
  Book your assessment
For parents/partners only. Come and introduce yourself and give me a thorough background of your child. This session is one and a half hours long. We chat, fill in forms and questionnaires, and get to know each other a bit better.

      Step 2:
Bring your child for play sessions

Let the playing begin! Your child and I go into the playroom and have loads of fun! During these 50-minute sessions, I get to know your child a bit better and determine the problem areas we need to work on.

 Step 3:

 Come for a feedback session
Feedback is where we put heads together and work out a treatment plan for an hour and a half. I will give thorough feedback on what happened during the sessions, my observations and recommendations. I will also share practical tools that you can implement at home.
